Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy as follow:

Online Retreats:

• If you need to cancel your retreat booking, kindly notify me at least 28 days before the start date. Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a transfer or a refund, with a 10% administration fee deduction.

• Cancellations within 28 days of the retreat are not eligible for a refund unless there is an unavoidable emergency.

• In the event of retreat cancellations, you will receive an email notification, and a refund will be issued within one week of cancellation.

One-on-One Sessions:

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please kindly let me know with a minimum 48-hour’ notice. Appointments canceled without at least 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate or deducted from your package (if applicable), unless due to an unavoidable emergency.

• If I need to cancel a session, I will notify you at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your next session will be provided free of charge.

For MBSR programs:

• Refunds for MBSR program are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours after first day of class, less a US$50 processing fee.

• After that, no refunds or credits will be provided unless due to an emergency or exceptional circumstances.

• Please note that this group program requires a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If that number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

• In the event that classes are cancelled, an email notification will be sent to you, and a refund will be issued within one week of cancellation.
