Hi, my name is Heidi, I am a mindfulness practitioner, a certified meditation coach, and a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher through Brown University. Mindfulness has deeply influenced my personal journey. I’ve meant some very wonderful teachers and lovely practitioners along the way and it’s an honour to support individuals in various chapters of life by providing tools and techniques that enhance our well-being as we navigate life. My intention is to share this beautiful practice with you, creating a nurturing and safe space to support your healing, learning, discoveries, and overall well-being as your unique life journey unfolds.
I facilitate mindfulness group classes, mindfulness retreats and offer personalised one-on-one mindful coaching, meditation and mindfulness sessions to individuals from different walks of life around the world, including creatives, independent business owners, professionals and medical practitioners.

MBSR 8-Week Courses
I facilitate and teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programs online. Developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is an evidence-based, 8-week mindfulness program created to support individuals in coping with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and illness.

One-on-One Sessions
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions with the practice of mindfulness and meditation to individuals from various walks of life including creatives, independent business owners, professionals and medical practitioners. Each session includes meditation, reflection, healing, and coaching tailored to your unique journey. These sessions are offered online, allowing us to connect across different time zones.

Mindfulness Meditation Retreats
I host day-long and half-day mindfulness meditation retreats throughout the year. Silent retreats give us an opportunity to foster a deeper connection with our body, mind, and heart. They offer a space for cultivating calmness, inner peace, and a deeper understanding of oneself.

When we connect from within and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves, we can connect with our surroundings in a gentler, kinder, and more meaningful way. In one-on-one sessions, I support individuals in deepening their understanding of themselves through mindfulness, meditation, and coaching. Together, we set intentions for the personal or professional goals they wish to achieve. Additionally, I offer group classes, including mindfulness practice sessions and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs, where participants can explore and learn mindfulness practices in a supportive group setting with like-minded individuals."
