My name is Heidi. I am a mindfulness practitioner, certified meditation coach and a qualified mindfulness (MBSR) teacher through Brown University. I facilitate mindfulness group classes and offer personalized one-on-one coaching, meditation and mindfulness sessions to individuals from different walks of life including creatives, independent business owners, professionals and medical practitioners.
